Our MPF schemes will officially onboard to the eMPF Platform on 7 May 2025 (the "Onboarding Date"). The eMPF Platform Company Limited will provide scheme administration services and handle your instructions directly through the eMPF Platform starting from the Onboarding date.

Starting from 10 April 2025, the instruction submission channels on our website, mobile app, and IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) will be terminated. Please visit Principal Hong Kong website for the respective cut-off dates for different instructions that need to be submitted to us for processing before the Onboarding Date. After the respective cut-off dates, please submit the instructions directly to the eMPF Platform on or after the Onboarding Date.

Effective from the Onboarding Date, you will be able to submit MPF administrative instructions and access your MPF account information through the eMPF Web Portal or the eMPF Mobile App. Please register with the eMPF Platform starting from 28 Feb 2025.
